This 8-part series including Ashwagandha, Bee Balm, Calamus, Elderberry & Elder Flower, Hops, Marshmallow, Milk Thistle, Nettles, making herbal syrups, weight-to-volume tincture making, using a blender to tincture, hot water bath extraction tinctures, and harvest techniques.
These videos were made during the Traditional Apprentice Program and are accompanied by slides. Some of the videos include a special guest star (my 6 month old child).  These are casual, relaxed, & fun–step into my kitchen & garden for an inside peak at an herbal apprenticeship!
