Learn Herbalism from home this winter, while developing a full custom-made apothecary of remedies for your loved ones!
The Online Home Herbalist Apprentice program focuses on specific uses of herbs (materia medica) organized by body system, holistic physiology, contraindications, drug interactions, interview techniques, formulation, and more.
We dive deep into the interactions between body systems and how disparate symptoms can indicate deep-set imbalances. Although classes are titled for a specific body system, each class discusses numerous systems as we see them cooperate in the body. We weave in principles of holism, synergy, energetics and more.
There are monthly readings and assignments to help you internalize and personalize your learning including assessment, formulation, energetics, food as medicine, and more.
Each student will end the program with a handmade herbal apothecary customized for their personal needs, and receive a certificate reflecting their hours of study.
